French rapper backs Serge Aurier to succeed at Tottenham

French rapper Gradur has expressed his belief that Ivory Coast international Serge Aurier made the right decision in leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Tottenham Hotspur.

The Elephants right-back swapped Paris for London at the start of the season and has settled well at Spurs, becoming an important player for manager Mauricio Pochettino’s side.

Aurier’s transfer also allowed him to put the numerous controversies he was involved in with PSG behind him.

Gradur told Onze Mundial: "He had some extras sports problems, so it had become difficult for him.

"As soon as there was a problem, he became guilty even when he did nothing. It was better for him to take flight.

"He knows he can enjoy a second wind in England."
