Congo-Brazzaville coach Sebastien Migne has announced his squad to face Guinea Bissau later this month.
Migne named a 24-man squad for the friendly set to be staged on March 26 in Amines and his side features four players with African Nations Championship experience.
Perralund Ndinga, Baron Kibamba and Prestige Boungou are among the second category of players selected for the friendly.
Migne said a tough opponent such as Guinea Bissau is what his team needs to prepare for the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Zimbabwe in September this year.
“After the CHAN we’ve got to keep up the standard and have confidence in the players. I know it’s a baptism of fire for me but so be it. Let it be with Guinea-Bissau rather than with Zimabawe,” Migne said to Soka25East.
The Red Devils are set to assemble for camp on Thursday whilst the Djurtus start their training this weekend and they are expected to fly their strongest team for the encounter.
