Senegal national team have set up an international friendly against South Korea in June ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The development has been confirmed by the South Korea Football Association (KFA).

Although the match venue is yet to be decided, the two countries will use the game as part of their preparations for this summer's World Cup finals in Russia.

"We can confirm that on June 11, we're playing with Senegal away from home," the KFA announced.

The two nations are yet to meet in an official competitive match, but this will be the seventh meeting at senior international level.
