Cameroon and Olympique de Marseille midfielder Andre-Franck Zambo Anguissa is having a fantastic season in the French Ligue 1 campaign so far.
The 22-year-old has impressed in the French league where fans and teammates have praised his work rate.
According to teammate Morgan Sanson, Anguissa has improved this season and has been a crucial member of the squad.
In his 21st start for the club against Toulouse last week, Sanson said the player’s contribution was key as he closed down opponents and surged forward at every opportunity.
"He's one of the players who has improved the most since I joined Marseille. Technically and above all tactically he has really come on, and he has been important for us this season," said Sanson.
On the other hand, one of the club’s die hard supporters said the Cameroonian is technical limited, but works hard for the team.
"He's like (Lucas) Ocampos. Technically he's limited but he fights for the whole game and that's great to see," said one of the supporters on the midfielder.
With Anguissa’s contribution, Marseille occupy the third spot on the log table with 59 points from 30 matches.
