Senegal were frustrated by a stubborn Uzbekistan side in an international friendly match on Friday.
The two teams played to a 1-1 stalemate at the Stade Mohamed V in Casablanca, Morocco.
Otabek Shukurov broke the deadlock for Uzbekistan 19 minutes into the game to make it 1-0.
The midfielder beat Senegal goalkeeper Pape N'Daye from the spot-kick after they were awarded a penalty.
The Lions of Teranga managed to level matters through Pape Moussa Konate to make it 1-1 three minutes after the hour-mark.
Senegal then pushed for a late winning goal, but Uzbekistan stood firm at the back and ultimately, the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Lions of Teranga will now take on Bosnia-Herzegovina in another friendly game in France on Tuesday.
