Kampala Capital City Authority Aggrey Ashaba has denied that CAF has rejected the StarTimes Stadium as unfit to staged CAF matches.
Ashaba has revealed that the club is yet to hear from the CAF inspection team in regards to the venue in Lugogo ahead of the CAF Champions League group games.

Media reports indicate that the Ugandan champions' home has been rejected by CAF for failure to meet standards and that the body advised they shift to Namboole.
“We haven’t heard from CAF yet,” Ashaba told Kawowo Sports.
“The inspection was at Lugogo on Monday and we are waiting for a report.”
Until we receive the report, I can’t speak on hearsay.
Meanwhile, Kawowo Sports understands that the report on Lugogo was to be sent out by Thursday last week, but Ashaba confirmed nothing had been received.
“We were promised the report would be with us today (Thursday) but we are yet to get it so we have to wait,” he added.
Coach Mike Mutebi’s men qualified for the group stages for the first time and will face record winners Al Ahly of Egypt, Esperance of Tunisia and fellow debutants Township Rollers of Botswana.
