Polokwane City will welcome the challenge posed by SuperSport United when the teams meet for an Absa Premiership clash at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on 4 April 2018, kick-off at 19h30.

Rise and Shine have claimed just 11 points from 12 home matches this season. Their last win as hosts came back in early January when they defeated heavyweights Mamelodi Sundowns 3-2.
SuperSport extended their winless run in the league to four matches by playing to a goalless draw at home to Maritzburg United on March 3. The Tshwane side has managed just two wins from their last 18 league matches.
Matsatsantsa have claimed just 10 points from 12 away matches this season, with their last game on the road ending in a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Ajax Cape Town in late February.
In head-to-head stats, SuperSport and Polokwane have met in nine league matches since 2013/14. Matsatsantsa have claimed four wins compared to one for Rise and Shine, while four matches have been drawn. The Limpopo side has claimed win and suffered two defeats from their four home matches in the rivalry.
When the teams met earlier this season, they played to a 1-1 draw in Tshwane on January 23. Morgan Gould put United on course for three points, but Puleng Tlolane netted a late equaliser for City to salvage a share of the spoils.
