Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt believes his side should have claimed an emphatic victory over Enyimba in the teams’ CAF Confederation Cup match this past weekend.
The teams draw 1-1 at Johannesburg in the first leg of their playoff round clash, with Daine Klate’s goal cancelled out by Ibrahim Mustapha.
The result leaves the Nigerian giants in a favourable position ahead of next midweek’s return game in Aba, but Hunt feels his side should have won comfortably.
"There was nothing in the game. The game was so one-sided‚ and that's been the story of our season,” he exclaimed.
"So‚ Ja‚ I mean it's disappointing because we could have been out of sight."
The Clever Boys coach added, "We want to win the Champions League‚ we want to be there. But we don't have enough. We don't have enough to play on all the fronts.
"We don't. It's been proved again - against a team like this."
Wits will return to domestic action on Wednesday night when they play Ajax Cape Town in a catch-up Absa Premiership match.
