Swaziland’s Premier League Soccer side, Mbabane Swallows have been summoned to appear before the PLS Disciplinary Committee.

Although The Birds are on the verge of defending their league title, coach Thabo Vilakati will face the wrath of the DC after they were charged with three counts of misconduct after their game against Moneni Pirates in the MTN Premier League.

This could see the club fined E70 000.

According to the Times of Swaziland, PLS Chief Operations Officer Pat Vilakati confirmed the charges and the suspension of two players.

“The team will be appearing before the DC soon,” he said.

While they are on the quest of defending the MTN League title, they will face Malanti Chiefs without two key players.

Midfielder Banele Sikhondze and defender Stanley Umukora will be suspended for the clash which is set to be staged at the Prince of Wales Sports Ground on Sunday.
