Angolan side Primeiro De Agosto will welcome Tunisia’s Etoile Sportive du Sahel as they kick off their CAF Champions League, Group D assignment on Saturday.

De Agosto are looking to cause an upset in the competition as they have the underdog tag against their name.

Fresh form beating South African club Bidvest Wits in the previous stage, they are setting their sights on beating the best on the continent.

In their two matches against Wits in the first stage qualifier, they bagged a 1-0 win at home and lost by the same scoreline in Johannesburg, but managed to scrape through to the group stages on penalties.

However, against a giant like Etoile, the Angolan outfit must ensure they convert their chances at home this weekend.

Sahel are out to start their campaign on a high, but will have to be wary of the so called minnows away in Luanda.

They beat Plateau United of Nigeria 4-2 in the previous round at home and went on to lose 1-0 to the West Africans in the second leg.

However, the result did not stop them from claiming a spot in the group stages after a 4-3 aggregate win.

The clash is slated for 18:00 (CAT) at Estadio 11 de Novembro on Saturday.
