PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: Naby Keita – Liverpool must be proud to have signed him

Naby Keita’s RB Leipzig teammate and striker Yussuf Poulsen has tipped the Guinean international to shine at Liverpool next season.

Poulsen says there are not many football players who can do what the midfielder is capable of doing in the heart of the park.

The Reds agreed a deal worth £48m with the German Bundesliga giants last August and Keita will head to Anfield at the end of the current season.

However, since then the Guinea international has struggled with disciplinary issues, being dismissed three times for Leipzig.

"There are not many in the world who can do what Liverpool-bound Naby Keita can,” said Poulsen to Omnisport.

"I think that most of the fans of Liverpool already watched him play. He is a superb player on a very high level.

"He shows what he can do with the ball even if it's not going well for the team at this time.

"His last goal against Hoffenheim where he takes out three people, he hit the post and then the ball went in.

"There are not many players in the world who can do that kind of thing.

"He is one of the few and not only the fans, but also his team-mates, should be looking forward to that."
