Township Rollers goalkeeper Keeagile Kgosipula has been ruled out for three weeks with a shoulder injury.
The promising shot-stopper sustained the injury during Rollers’ 1-0 win over Ugandan side Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) on Saturday.
The 2018 CAF Champions League Group A match was played at the National Stadium in Gaborone.
The Blues disclosed that x-ray results have shown a Grade 1 acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
A club statement read: “X-ray results have showed no fracture but a Grade 1 acromioclavicular joint dislocation, it doesn't need any manipulation.”
“But needs resting of the shoulder, icing and pain killers.”
“He shall be out for a minimum of 3 weeks and then start range of motion exercise as pain permits.”
The former Botswana youth international will miss Rollers’ second Group A game which is against Tunisian champions Esperance de Tunis in Rades on the 15th of May 2018.
