Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho was ecstatic after netting scoring against English giants Arsenal FC on Wednesday evening.
The marksman opened the scoring as his side Leicester City secured a 3-1 win over Arsenal in an English Premier League game at the King Power Stadium.
Iheanacho took advantage of a headed knock down from his Leicester team-mate and Mali international Fousseni Diabate and he fired past Arsenal's veteran goalkeeper Peter Cech.
''It is always good to be involved in a good sport, a great team. We started well and we got the first goal,'' Iheanacho told LCFC TV.
''We had the confidence and the momentum and we finished well.
''It was important to get the first goal to get us going and get our confidence back for the last couple of games. I think we've got our confidence back now, we're strong now, we'll keep going.," he continued.
''It was a great goal, good composure, a good assist from Fousseni and a good finish, so we keep going.
''It is good to be involved, as well as everyone, to be involved in everything, to help your team work hard. When you work hard, you get good results.''
The 21-year-old has now netted two goals in 20 league appearances for the Foxes this season.
He is expected to make Nigeria's final 23-man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals.
