Cara Brazzaville will bank on their home ground advantage when they welcome Enyimba in their CAF Confederation Cup match on Wednesday.

The hosts sit third in Group C with zero points and will be hoping to retain the full three points at home by claiming their first win.

Brazzaville are fresh from a 1-0 loss at the hands of Djoliba away at the Stade Robert Champroux last week.

At home in Brazzaville, the hosts will want a win and a player such as Joseph Mabangou is set to be key.

Looking at the visitors, the Nigerians are also out chasing a win to keep their knockout stage qualification hopes alive.

They beat Djoliba 2-0 at home in their opening group match courtesy of goals from Isiaka Oladuntoye and Stanley Dimgba.

In the wake of the win over the Malian side, the Nigerian Premier Football League side sit at the top of the table with three points.

A win for them over the Congolese will take them to six points ahead of their next encounter against Williamsville on July 17.

The clash will be held at the Stade Alphonse Massemba-Debat at 15:00 (CAT) on Wednesday.
