Comoros will square off with Mozambique in their second 2018 COSAFA Cup Group A match at the Seshego Stadium in Polokwane, South Africa on Tuesday.
Kick-off is at 17h00 CAT.
Les Coelacantes are heading into this encounter having drawn 1-1 with Seychelles in their first group match in Polokwane on Sunday.
Mohamed M'Changama opened the scoring for Comoros, but Keith Coraly levelled matters for Seychelles.
The draw left Comoros placed second on the Group A standings with one point from one match. They are two points behind group leaders Madagascar.
Comoros head coach Amir Abdou says his side are only looking to gain some experience from participating in the regional competition.
“We are happy to be in South Africa. We expect to win some games," Abdou told the media.
"But the most important thing for us is to gain more experience here as we have 13 players who play in Europe.”
Meanwhile, Mozambique are coming off a surprise 2-1 defeat to Madagascar in their maiden group game on Sunday.
Dax and Toky netted for Madagascar in a encounter which was played in Polokwane, while Luis scored Mozambique's consolation goal.
The defeat left Mozambique placed fourth on the Group A standings without a single point from one game. They are a point behind third-placed Seychelles.
Mozambique head coach Abel Xavier says they will fix their mistakes, before they take on Comoros.
"As a coach what you want from your players is the ability to transfer what we work on in training ground into the game situation and to stick to the plan of the game," Xavier said.
“Mozambique will grow. It’s going to be tight but we are now going to correct the mistakes.”
The winner between Comoros and Mozambique will join Madagascar at the top of the group standings.
