Media reports in England suggest that Manchester City are closing in on signing Algerian and Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez.
The BBC has it that the Citizens are also set to capture Napoli midfielder Jorginho, with both deals possibly to be completed by the end of next week.
Mahrez will cost around £60m with Jorginho's fee anticipated to be £42m as Pep Guardiola looks at beefing up his squad for the new 2018/19 English Premier League season.
Although the EPL champions walked away from a potential deal in January for Mahrez because they were put off by Leicester's valuation, the club remains keen in the winger’s services.
Moreover, the failed attempt sparked a dispute between the 27-year-old and the Foxes, with the player handing in a transfer request.
The Desert Foxes star switched from French Ligue1 side Le Havre in 2014 and has scored 48 goals in 179 appearances for the Foxes.
His performances helped Leicester bag the EPL title in 2016 and the player walked away with the PFA Players' Player of the Year Award.
