The South African Football Association (Safa) has released a scheduled for its various national national teams in the next two months.
After finishing their COSAFA Cup duties, the senior men’s national team, Bafana Bafana will have a bit of a breather before starting their preparations for next year’s AFCON qualifiers where they will face Libya at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
The senior women’s national team, Banyana Banyana takes on Lesotho this afternoon (SA won 1-0) at 15h00 in a crucial AFCON qualifier at the Setsoso Stadium with the return leg pencilled for next Sunday, 10 June at the Seisa Ramabodu Stadium in Bloemfontein.
South Africa under-20 national team, Amajita will play host to Zambia in an international friendly next month before resuming their U20 AFCON qualifiers against Malawi in the third and final round.
The U17 boys, who are nicknamed Amajimbos, will be travelling to Mauritius where they will have to face Lesotho, Mozambique and Zambia with the hope of securing a place in the U17 AFCON set to take place in Tanzania next year.
A BRICS U17 girls international tournament is also set to take place in Johannesburg between 20 and 22 July with the actual venue yet to be confirmed.
