Turkish Super Lig giants Galatasaray are lining up a move for Sassuolo’s Ghanaian midfielder Alfred Duncan, according to reports in the Eurasian country.
The 25-year-old midfielder was a key player for his Serie A club last season, appearing in 26 matches and helping them finish in a respectable 11th place on the log.
Gala and Sassuolo are reportedly already in talks over a transfer for the player, with the ‘Black and Greens’ holding out for a fee in the region of €15million.
The Turkish club are looking at signing reinforcements as they prepare to defend their Super Lig title in 2018/19.Gala already have one African star on their books in the shape of Cape Verde winger Garry Rodrigues.
Duncan has also been mentioned as a target for the likes of AC Milan, Internazionale and Lazio, who will monitor the situation closely.
The Black Stars player has been on Sassuolo’s books since 2015 and has also represented Inter, Livorno and Sampdoria in his club career.
Duncan made his international debut for Ghana in November 2012 and was also part of the country’s U-20 team at the 2013 junior World Cup.
