Morocco’s Badr Boulahroud has signed for Spanish La Liga outfit Malaga CF from Fath Union Sport on a three-year deal.
The Spanish side has confirmed the signing of the 21-year-old on its Twitter page on Friday and have welcomed the player.
According to Morocco World News, the Moroccan midfielder completed the contract for a reported fee of EUR 600,000.
“@Bboulahroudd reinforces our midfield and becomes the first signing of the season! Welcome, Badr!” wrote the club.
It is also reported that Boulahroud landed in Costa del Sol, where he underwent medical checking on Thursday last week and will join his Moroccan teammate Youssef En-Nesyri, who is currently playing for Malaga CF.
The midfielder was part of the 2018 CAF African Nations Championship squad which took place in January in Morocco as they went on to lift the trophy.
