Tonwship Rollers manager Nikola Kavazovic says they have analysed their next CAF Champions League opponents in Egypt's Al Ahly.
Popa are on the road for their group stage match to Egypt and will meet the Red Devils on Tuesday in Alexandria.
Speaking ahead of the match, Kavazovic has revealed he doesn’t know anything about the Cairo giants ahead of their encounter on Tuesday.
Al Ahly are currently bottom of their group with one point following a home draw with Espérance and an away loss to Kampala Capital City Authority, while Popa sit second with three points.
Despite Al Ahly being the most decorated football club in Africa, the Rollers manager said he has no information about the Reds, adding that his side will not defend against them.
“So far in the Champions League, we have analysed our opponents through video analysis to smallest details,” Kavazovic told the club’s official website.
“For the first time we are going into the unknown; this is the first time that any fresh DVD was not provided so we could analyse the opponent.
“We don’t know anything about them. Some of their players played at the World Cup. If we beat Mamelodi Sundowns, that means that we are on top level for this stage of pre-season.
“But if you don’t have information about your opponent, all you can do is to play your game and to wait how much they will let you play.
“We will try to be balanced in all moments of game. For sure, we will not defend 90 minutes, but also we don’t have the intention to attack them like we going to do in Gaborone.”
Kavazovic has also announced that a number of his players will miss the encounter, including Segolame Boy and Kago Monyake.
