The North African derby between RS Berkane and Al Masry in Group C of the CAF Confederation Cup ended in a 0-0 draw at the Municipal Stadium on Wednesday night.
The result sees the two clubs remain on top of the pool: the Moroccans are first with seven points, while the Egyptians remain in second on five points.
And a 2-2 draw in the other group match between Al Hilal and UD Songo keeps them well in charge after three rounds.
Berkane looked to forwards Hamdi Laachir and Kodjo Fo-Doh Laba to spark their attack into life, but they were unable to really trouble goalkeeper Ahmed Masoud.
At the other end, Abdelaali Mhamdi and his defence were able to keep Ahmed Gomaa and Esalm Eisa quiet, quelling any threat of an away goal from the Egyptian side.
The teams will return to Confederation Cup action on July 29 with the reverse fixture at the Al Masry Stadium in Port Said.
