Egyptian Premier League giants Zamalek SC have revealed that Mohamed Sayed Makhlof has began training after joining the club.
The White Knights recently signed the 21-year-old from Egyptian lower division side Pharco on a five-year deal.
Makhlof has joined the African giants for an undisclosed fee as the club reinforced its squad ahead of the new 2018/19 campaign.
The club announced the arrival of the player on their official website:
"Zamalek's board of directors, headed by advisor Morteza Mansour, has announced the signing of a five-year contract with Mohamed Sayed Makhlouf, a FARCO midfielder, during the summer transfer."
"Zamalek officials received the dismissal of the player, who will be placed under the age list."
"Mohamed Fadou, midfielder of the first team of the club's football team, has been training for the first time today with Zamalek."
"The player was trained today with those excluded from the German trip under the leadership of Amr Al-Matrawi, a rehabilitation specialist," a club statement read (translated from Arabic).
He becomes the team's eighth summer signing having also signed Ibrahim Hassan, Omar El-Said, Hamid Ahadad, Mohamed Abdelsalam, Mohamed Hassan, Bahaa Magdy, and Emad El-Sayed.
