Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray are reportedly very keen on signing DR Congo attacker Yannick Bolasie from Everton.
The French-born player was linked with a return to Crystal Palace before the transfer window shut in England, but he could yet move outside the country before the end of the month.
Istanbul-based giants Galatasaray look set to test just how much Everton value Bolasie, with current coach and former Gala player Baris Ozbek claiming that the club would like to sign the 29-year-old on loan.
Speaking to the Fotomac, Ozbek said: “I have been told Galatasaray are serious about signing Bolasie, he is likely to join on loan, the probability is very high.”
Gala already have one player on loan from Everton – Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru – and they have been linked with a move for the DRC international in the past.
Everton have shown no sign that they are open to loaning out Bolasie, though they are well stocked in the winger/wide-forward department, as they already have Theo Walcott, Ademola Lookman, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and new signings Bernard and Richarlison.
Everton signed Bolasie from Crystal Palace for £25m in 2016 but the attacker has managed just 23 starts in two years due to injury troubles.
The 29-year-old has also represented Barnet, Plymouth Argyle and Bristol City in his senior club career.
