Accra Hearts of Oak young goalkeeper Richard Baidoo feels that he moving in the right direction adding that he wants to keep improving for the club.
The Auroras graduate has been busy lately, keeping in most of the friendly games the Ghanaian Premier League giants have played over the past month.
With games against Liberty Professionals, Bechem United and Shelter Force under his belt, Baidoo feels he’s moving in the right direction.
“I have played three matches so far for the first team and I have kept one clean sheet,” Baidoo told the club's official website.
“My first game was against Liberty at Dansoman. We played a 2-2 draw but though I was not happy that I conceded two goals, coach told me I had done well on the day.
"I got the nod when we played Bechem and that was where I got my clean sheet. We won 3-0 and I feel I dealt with the things that came my way. You know we took a 2-0 lead just like our match with Liberty but this time, we did not lose the lead," he continued.
“My third game was against Shelter and I did not do so well with the goal they scored. But I believe I am moving in the right direction due to the guidance of the technical team.
"I am seeing my mistakes and I am working on not repeating them in matches. I want to keep improving so I am working hard all the time and taking words of encouragement from my ‘seniors’ Ernest Sowah, Ben Mensah, and Silvanus Gbeti.”
