Chippa United will be desperate for all three Absa Premiership points when they meet Black Leopards at Sisa Dukashe Stadium on 18 August 2018, kick-off at 20h15.

Chippa suffered a second successive defeat when they were beaten 1-0 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth by Orlando Pirates on August 8.

The Chilli Boys will be hoping for better fortune at their alternate venue near East London, and a positive result against their Limpopo opponent would be warmly welcomed by their fans.

Leopards secured a valuable away point on August 9 when they scored two late goals to draw 2-2 at Highlands Park, with Themba Ndlovu and Mwape Musonda on the score sheet.

Lidoda Duvha will look to continue a positive start to the season which has seen them claim four points from their opening two matches.

In head-to-head stats, Chippa and Leopards have met in just two previous top flight league matches: both encounters took place in the 2012/13 season, with the first match in Limpopo ending in a goalless draw, while the return game in Cape Town saw the Chilli Boys claim a 3-1 win.

Chippa’s line-up from their 1-0 loss to Pirates on August 8: Akpeyi, Makobela, Nsabiyumva, Modisane, Tlolane (Mbenyane 83'), Rakhale, Komane (Gamildien 69'), Mahola (Sangweni 52'), Klate, Lentjies, Kgamanyane.

Leopards’ line-up from their 2-2 draw with Highlands on August 9: Muleka, Mudau, Munganga, Ndou, Mashoene (T. Ndlovu 88'), Nange, Nene, Tshepe, Mhlongo (Mahangwahaya 62'), Ndlovu (Hlongwane 71') Musonda.
