Wydad Casablanca will take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the 2018 CAF Champions League Group C match at the Stade Mohammed V in Morocco on Friday.
Kick-off is at 20h00 CAT.
The Moroccan giants defeated Guinean side Horoya AC 2-0 in their previous Group C match at home late last month.
Wydad are sitting at the top of Group C standings having accumulated eight points from four group matches.
A victory for the Wydad of Resistance will see them book their place in the knockout stages of the prestigious club competition.
The defending champions will look to Ivorian defender Cheick Camara and Moroccan attacker Mohamed Ounajem, who both scored against Horoya.
Meanwhile, Sundowns defeated Togolese side AS Togo-Port 2-1 in their previous Group C game at home over two weeks ago.
The South African champions have accumulated five points from four group matches with two games left in the group stage.
Sundowns, who won the 2016 Champions League, will boost their chances of reaching the quarter-finals if they defeat Wydad.
Sibusiso Vilakazi and Gaston Sirino both scored for the Brazilians against Togo-Port and they will be hoping to help his side beat Wydad.
Algerian match referee Mehdi Abid Charef will be in charge of the match between Wydad and Sundowns.
