Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC will take on Township Rollers in the 2018 CAF Champions League Group A game at the Mandela National Stadium in Uganda on Saturday.

Kick-off is at 15h00 CAT.

The former Ugandan champions suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Tunisian giants Esperance de Tunis at home in their previous Group A game over two weeks ago.

As a result, KCCA are placed fourth on the Group A table with three points from four matches. They are four points behind second-placed Al Ahly.

The Garbage Collectors will be keen to secure a victory over Rollers which would see them keep up with second placed Al Ahly.

Jackson Nunda and Ibrahim Juma have both scored for the Gabarge Collectors in the group stage and they will be keen to inspire their side to victory at home.

Meanwhile, Rollers succumbed to a 1-0 defeat to Egyptian giants Al Ahly at home in their previous Group A game late last month.

The Botswana champions are placed third on the Group A standings having collected three points from four games. They are seven points behind group leaders, Esperance.

Rollers, who are making their debut stage of the prestigious club tournament, will look to boost their chances of reaching the quarterfinals with a win ove KCCA.

Lemponye Tshireletso and Segolame Boy, who have both found the back of the net in the group stage, are Rollers’ dangermen, and will be eager to help their team win in Uganda.

Gambian referee Bakary Gassama will officiate the encounter between KCCA and Rollers.
