Zimbabwe international Tendai Ndoro is reportedly training with Highlands Park in an attempt to win a contract with the Absa Premiership club.
Ndoro currently finds himself without a club after leaving Ajax Cape Town in June, with the two parties having parted company following the Urban Warriors relegation to the National First Division (NFD).
Ajax Cape Town suffered an automatic drop to South Africa's second division following a points deduction, having fielded Ndoro - who was later deemed ineligible to play - in the second half of the 2017-18 season.
The forward had played 13 minutes for Orlando Pirates before a move to Saudi Arabia and eventually Ajax Cape Town with the Mother City club the third team he had represented last season - something that is against FIFA regulations.
The 33-year-old has attracted the attention of several clubs since leaving Ajax Cape Town with Kaizer Chiefs having previously expressed interest in signing the forward.
Highlands Park have accumulated two points from two matches this season following their promotion to the Absa Premiership. The Tembisa-based club next face defending league champions Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday evening.
