Mamelodi Sundonws have to beat Horoya at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville on Tuesday evening if they are to book their place in the knockout stages of the 2018 CAF Champions League.
Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.
The Brazilians currently trail their Group C rivals by three points, but know that victory will secure their place in the quarterfinals alongside defending champions Wydad Casablanca who beat the South Africans 1-0 in Morocco last time out.
Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane has struggled to find the right balance in attack following the sale of both Percy Tau and Khama Billiat in recent months. His team has failed to find the back of the net in their three most recent matches across all competitions.
The South African champions, though, will still be favourites to advance into the next round of the competition, having held the Guinea club to a 2-2 draw in the reverse fixture in Conakry.
Sundowns have accumulated four points from two home games this season. The Brazilians were held to a 1-1 draw by Wydad before beating AS Togo-Port 2-1 in their most recent home clash in the CAFCL.
Horoya beat Togo-Port 2-1 in their first away game of the campaign before losing 2-0 in Casablanca as they now eye an upset in the South African capital.
Referee Sadok Selmi of Tunisia will take charge of the clash.
