Wydad Casablanca will be aiming to overturn a first-leg deficit when they welcome ES Sétif in a second-leg 2018 Caf Champions League quarterfinal clash at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca on Friday evening.

Kick-off is at 21h00 CAT (SA, GMT+2).

The defending champions suffered a 1-0 defeat in the reverse fixture at the Stade 8 Mai 1945 last weekend.

Senegalese defender Isla Daoudi Diomande scored the only goal of the game in the 16th minute of the match to hand the Algerians a narrow lead on aggregate.

Two time Caf Champions League champions Wydad Casablanca, who were crowned African champs for a second time last year following victory over Al Ahly in the final, recorded three wins in three games from their allotted home fixtures.

The Moroccan club beat AS Togo-Port, Horoya AC and Mamelodi Sundowns in Casablanca on their way to topping a competitive Group C.

The Black Eagles beat Algerian rivals MC Alger in their most recent match on their travels.

Sétif, who also boast two Caf Champions League titles in their trophy cabinet, lost 4-1 away to TP Mazembe while playing to a 1-1 draw against Moroccan outfit Difaâ El Jadidi in their other two group stage away games.

Referee Bernard Camille of the Seychelles will take charge of the clash in Casablanca.
