Arsenal’s London rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have joined the race to sign Senegal star Ismaïla Sarr.
According to Calciomercato, both the Blues and Spurs are keeping close tabs on the 20-year-old who has been tipped for a bright future.
Several of Europe’s big clubs have expressed interest in the Teranga Lions winger over the past few months, with Arsenal and Inter Milan among the front-runners for Sarr’s signature.
Sarr has impressed for French Ligue 1 club Rennes since his move from Metz and scored a wonder goal in the club’s 2-1 win over FK Jablonec in the Europa League last week.
The 2018 Golden Boy nominee has scored three goals in 19 appearances for Senegal and played in all three of the country's group stage fixtures at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Rennes reportedly value Sarr at £20 million. He has scored three goals in seven matches for the Red and Blacks across all competitions this season.
