Bertrand Traore of Burkina Faso saw his Lyon side able to maintain their spot at the top of Group F in the UEFA Champions League after playing to a 2-2 draw against Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday.
Junior Moraes opened the scoring for Donetsk in the 44th minute before Junior Moraes doubled their lead ten minutes into the second half.
Traore’s Lyon, though, showed some character and managed to pull a goal back in the 70th minute thanks to a strike from Moussa Dembele before Leo Dubois levelled matters two minutes later.
The result leaves Lyon at the top of Group F with four points, followed by Manchester City in third place with three points. Donetsk are third with two points while Hoffenheim are last with one point.
