WATCH: Algeria’s Riyad Mahrez let down Manchester City

Algerian Riyad Mahrez missed an 85th minute penalty for Manchester City who were held to a 0-0 draw by Liverpool in an English Premier League match at Anfield on Sunday.

Mahrez was the only African who featured for City while Egyptian Mohamed Salah and Senegal’s Sadio Mane started for Liverpool.

The draw sees Manchester City maintain their place at the top of the league table while Liverpool are in third place (on the same number of points, but with an inferior goal difference).
