Ghana desperate for victory against Sierra Leone

Ghana will square off with Sierra Leone in the 2019 CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualification Group F match in Kumasi on Thursday, October 11.The Black Stars were stunned 1-0 by Kenya away in their previous 2019 AFCON qualifier last month.
The defeat ended Ghana's five-match unbeaten run in all competitions having three draws and two wins.
The West African giants will be targeting nothing but a victory against an unpredictable Sierra Leone side.
Meanwhile, Sierra Leone suffered a 1-0 defeat to Ethiopia away in their previous 2019 AFCON qualifier last month.
The defeat extended the Leone Stars' winless run to five matches in all competitions having recorded two draws and three defeats.
The West African side will be hoping to cause an upset against a strong Ghana side.
