Salah Mohsen has been ruled out of Egypt's back-to-back 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Eswatini (Swaziland) this month.

The Al Ahly forward scored on his debut for the Pharaohs last month, finding the back of the net in a 6-0 thumping of Niger in Alexandria.

Mohsen, though, will play no part in the next two qualifiers due to injury. According to KingFut.com the 20-year-old picked up an injury in the Red Devils 2-0 CAF Champions League semifinal first-leg win over ES Setif last weekend.

Egypt are at home to the Southern African nation in Cairo on Friday before the reverse fixture in Mbabane four days later.

The seven-time Africa Cup of Nations champions currently occupy second spot in Group J after two rounds of fixtures, having lost 1-0 to North African rivals Tunisia in Rades last year.
