Ramadan Sobhi has returned from injury and could feature for Huddersfield Town in the English Premier League this coming weekend.

The Egypt international has managed a mere six minutes of league football this season due to a knee injury, but could make his return against Mohamed Salah's Liverpool on Saturday.

Sobhi missed the Pharaohs 4-1 thumping of eSwatini in Cairo on Friday with the North African's in action once again on Tuesday, away to the same opponents in Manzini as they aim to seal their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations ticket.

Salah will miss the clash in eSwatini after returning to Merseyside where he will be assessed by the Reds medical team. The wing-wizard limped off in the dying moments of the clash in the Egyptian capital.

“My knee is better now. I stayed with the staff of Huddersfield Town and worked every day,” Sobhi told Huddersfield Town Television.

“I am now back on the pitch. I am happy and thanks to the staff of Huddersfield, my knee is okay.

“I’m excited to be back on the pitch and I’m happy to be training with the team.

“I haven’t played in the Huddersfield Town Stadium and am excited to play in front of the fans. I may play the next match,” he concluded.
