Burundi will lock horns with Mali in the 2019 CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualification Group C match.

The game will take place at the Prince Louis Rwagasore Stadium in Bujumbura on Tuesday, October 16.

Kick-off is at 15h00 CAT.

The Swallows managed to hold Mali to a 0-0 draw in a Group C encounter which was played in Bamako over the weekend.

The draw saw Burundi remain second on the group standings with five points from three games. They are a point above third-placed Gabon.

The East African side will be looking to maintain its spot in the top two positions with a win over Mali at home.

Meanwhile, Mali will be desperate for a victory after being frustrated by a stubborn Burundi side at home.

The draw saw the Eagles remain at the top of the group standings with seven points from three games. They are two points above second-placed Burundi.

The West African side will be looking to maintain their lead at the top of the standings with a win in Mali.
