Seychelles are set to take on South Africa in the 2019 CAF Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualification Group E match.

The encounter will be played at the Stade Linite in Victoria on Tuesday, October 16.

Kick-off is at 15h30 CAT.

The Pirates were thumped 6-0 by South Africa in a Group E encounter which was played in Johannesburg over the weekend.

The defeat left Seychelles placed fourth on the group standings without a single point from three games. They are four points behind third-placed Libya.

The Southern African side will be hoping to secure their maiden win in the qualifying campaign.

Meanwhile, South Africa are brimming with confidence after humiliating a hapless Seychelles side.

The win took Bafana Bafana to the top of the group standings with seven points from three games. They are a point above second-placed Nigeria.

The Southern African giants will be looking to maintain their lead at the top of the standings with a win in Seychelles.
