Maritzburg United will look for a return to winning form in the Absa Premiership when they host Highlands Park at Harry Gwala Stadium on 9 November 2018, kick-off at 20h00.
Maritzburg have managed just one win from their eight league matches this season and suffered a third defeat when they were beaten 1-0 at Polokwane City on October 27.
The Team of Choice has claimed just three points from four home matches this season. Their last result as hosts was a goalless draw with Cape Town City in early October.
Highlands also suffered a defeat in their last league outing, going down 1-0 away to Bidvest Wits on October 26. The Tembisa-based side has recorded one win, one draw and one loss from their last three matches.
The Lions of the North have claimed just three points from five away matches this season, with their last two games on the road both ending in 1-0 defeats.
In head-to-head stats, Maritzburg and Highlands have met in just two previous top-flight league matches. Both encounters took place in the 2016/17 season, with the teams drawing 1-1 in Pietermaritzburg before the return game in Makhulong was won 1-0 by the Lions of the North.
