The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) have announced their matchday squad for the international friendly against Nigeria at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba later today.

The Cranes will be sending only 18 players to the Delta State for the friendly against the Super Eagles.

The East Africans have excluded a key player in the shape of Simba's Emma Okwi, who will not have the chance to earn his 66th cap.

Yet they still have some high-quality talent to call on for the clash, including South African-based players Allan Kateregga and Godfrey Walusimbi, as well Khalid Aucho and Derrick Nsibambi.

Both Uganda and Nigeria secured qualification for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations with their results this past weekend.

The friendly in Asaba is expected to kick-off at 17h00 CAT.
