Ghanaian attacker John Antwi edged his name down in the history books this past weekend.
The 26-year-old became the top foreign goalscorer in Egyptian football with 63 goals as Misr Lel-Makkasa's thumped Enppi 4-3 n the Egyptian Premier League on Sunday.
Antwi scored a hat-trick for the hosts who moved up to second place on the log standings, six points behind Zamalek.
His feat passes that of fellow Ghanaian forward Ernest Papa Arko who scored 61 goals in Egypt's top-flight.
Antwi started his career in Egypt with Ismaily in 2013, scoring 28 goals before joining giants Al Ahly in 2015. He scored just three goals for the 'Red Devils', but has found his scoring form at Makassa for whom he's netted 32 goals in three seasons.
The Sekondi-born attacker is yet to make his international debut for the Black Stars.
