Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang equalled a record set by former Bafana Bafana forward Benni McCarthy in Arsenal's 4-2 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The Gabon international bagged a brace for the Gunners who came from behind to beat their North London rivals at the Emirates Stadium.
Aubameyang has been in scintillating form this season with the double firing him top of the goalscoring charts with 10 goals, heading into the midweek round of English Premier League fixtures.
Such has been the 29-year-old's accuracy in front of goal, that he has scored with 10 consecutive shots on target.
In fact, the Gabon international is the first to achieve that mark since fellow African McCarthy netted with 10 straight shots on target for Blackburn Rovers 11 years ago.
Arsenal will be hoping that Aubameyang can build on his scoring form when they lock horns with Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening.
