Ghana and Kenya have officially qualified for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations by default, after Sierra Leone were officially disqualified.The Confederation of African Football (CAF) confirmed on Monday morning that Sierra Leone were officially disqualified, after FIFA initially suspended the Sierre Leone Football Association for government interference.
CAF released the following statement:
The CAF Executive Committee at its meeting on Friday, 30 November 2018 in Accra decided on the case of Sierra Leone in the 2019 Total Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
