The Confederation of African Football (Caf) have announced that the Total CAF Super Cup between Esperance de Tunis and Raja Casablanca will be played in Qatar next year.
It will be the first time that the game between the Caf Champions League winners and Caf Confederations Cup champions will take place outside of the African continent.
Traditionally the game takes place at the home of the CafCL winner, although it has been shifted across the continent on the odd occasion over the years.
Esperance beat Al Ahly in a pulsating two-legged final to lift the 2018 CafCL title, recovering from a 3-1 defeat in Egypt with a 3-0 thumping of the 'Red Devils' on home soil.
Raja beat AS Vita to claim the 2018 CafCC and will be playing in their third Super Cup, aiming to add to the title they won in 2000. Esperance have participated in three Super Cup's in years past, with their only success coming way back in 1995.
Caf are yet to confirm a date and venue for next year's clash.
