Senegal international Idrissa Gana Gueye could be subject to a big money move to Paris Saint-Germain.
According to L'Equipe, the French champions are eager to bolster their midfield with Adrien Rabiot set to leave the club in January. Gueye has duly emerged top of the club's wish list having continued to impress for Everton.
PSG are yet to make a formal bid for the player, but have reportedly stated their intent to bring the 29-year-old onboard.
Gueye joined the Toffees from Aston Villa following the latter's relegation to the English Championship two years ago, having established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in the division.
The hard-running midfielder has been in the top two of successful tackles completed in the Premier League over the past three seasons, and currently sits in second place in the current campaign.
Gueye has featured 89 times for Everton across all competitions, finding the back of the ent on four occasions.
