Mamelodi Sundowns defender Rivaldo Coetzee is wary of the threat posed by former Brazilians duo Khama Billiat and Leonardo Castro.
Billiat and Castro who now ply their trade for Absa Premiership rivals Kaizer Chiefs, will be eager to down their former employers when the two teams lock horns at FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Coetzee and Co though, are confident that they will be able to cope with whatever the attacking pair conjure this weekend.
“I don’t think it is going to be easy. Chiefs have quality players, especially up front – and two of them left us recently," said Coetzee. "Most of us know them and know their strengths and we need to be aware of that."
“It’s a bit more special coming up against Chiefs – a big team that’s got a new coach now and ended the year off on a high. We know what they can do and we can’t deny their quality."
The Amakhosi have recored three straight wins under head coach Ernst Middendorp since his reappointment last month. Sundowns are still unbeaten in the league this season.
