Lobi Stars will take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the 2018/19 CAF Champions League Group A on Friday.
Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.
The encounter will take place at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in the Nigerian city of Enugu.
Stars reached the group stage after defeating Kenyan giants Gor Mahia in the first round tie late last month.
The tie ended in a 3-3 draw on aggregate and the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) side won on the away goals rule.
They will look to Sikiru Alimi, who hit the back of the net twice against Gor Mahia, when they take on a much-fancied Sundowns side.
Meanwhile, Sundowns booked their place in the last 16 after eliminating Libyan giants Al Ahli Benghazi in December 2018.
The South African Absa Premiership giants thumped Al Ahli 4-0 on aggregate with the first-leg encounter having ended in a 0-0 draw.
The Brazilians, who won the Champions League in 2016, will be banking on their captain Hlompho Kekana's experience when they face Stars.
Egyptian referee Gehad Grisha will officiate the match between Stars and Sundowns.
