JS Saoura will square off with Al Ahly in the 2018/19 CAF Champions League game on Friday.
Kick-off is at 21h00 CAT.
The Group D match is scheduled to be played at the Stade 20 Août 1955 in the Algerian city of Béchar.
The Algerian side succumbed to a 3-0 defeat to Tanzanian giants Simba away in their first Group D game which was played last weekend.
The defeat left Saoura placed fourth on the group standings - three points behind leaders Simba.
Algerian midfielder Mohamed Hammia, who netted twice for Saoura during the qualifying rounds, will be keen to inspire his side to victory against Al Ahly.
Meanwhile, Al Ahly secured a 2-0 victory over DR Congolese champions AS Vita Club at home in their opening Group D match which was played last weekend.
The victory took the Egyptian champions to the second spot on the group standings and they are only behind leaders Simba on goal-difference.
Egyptian attacking midfielder Nasser Maher, who netted for Al Ahly against Vita Club, will be looking to score again and help his side win in Algeria.
Gabonese match referee Eric Otogo-Castane will be in charge of the game between Saoura and Al Ahly.
