According to reports circulating in Egypt, Pyramids FC have sacked head coach Hossam Hossan following a 3-3 draw with Zamalek on Thursday evening.
Hassan took over the reins at Africa's rising mega-club at the end of October last year, and despite being unbeaten in his 11 Egyptian Premier League games, he has reportedly been axed.
The 52-year-old took over the reins at Pyramids after guiding Al-Masry to the semifinals of the Caf Confederations Cup.
But despite boasting an unblemished record at Pyramids, the trigger-happy club have fired the Egyptian legend. He follows in the footsteps of Alberto Valentim and Ricardo La Volpe who also parted company with the club this season!
Pyramids currently occupy second place in the league, three points behind log leaders Zamalek who have played three games less.
