NA Hussein will be aiming to get their 2019 CAF Confederations Cup group stage campaign off to the perfect start when they play host to Petro de Luanda at Stade du 5 Juillet 1962 in Algiers on Sunday evening.

Kick-off is at 21h00 CAT.

The two teams endured similar passages to the group stages of Africa's second-tier club competition, having progressed through the three rounds of qualifying.

Hussein suffered just one defeat in their six matches, losing to Al-Ahly Benghazi in the first-leg of the playoff round before overturning the deficit in the reverse fixture. Blood and Gold also recorded aggregate wins over Diables Noirs and Green Eagles.

Petro's run to CAFCC Group D was unblemished with the Angolan club following a 6-0 two-legged win over Orapa United with victories over AS Nyuki and Stade Malien.

Os Tricolores and Hussein are joined in the group by Kenyan champions Gor Mahia and Egyptian giants Zamalek.

Sudanese referee El Fadil Mohamed will take charge of the clash in Algeria.
